ABOUT SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
Shaba National Reserve is 239 sq.
kms (59,058 acres) in size. It is located 70 km north of
Mt. Kenya and its vegetation is mainly acacia woodlands, bush lands
and grasslands.
The common game to be found here include Grevy's Zebra, Giraffe,
Cheetah, leopard, Oryx, Lion and Gazelle.
